Westway Farm

The Brief

We were approached by David Gillard, the owner of Westway Farm Business Park http://www.westwaycommercialproperty.co.uk/ who had been recommend to him by one of our previous customers. By the stage we were approached the new build project on the existing site was well out the ground consisting of a single cranked building containing multiple business units for let.

The Solution

OHS reviewed the mechanical design that had been put together and engaged with David to understand the building and the intended future use.  The design was changed to suit the now partially let building and the incoming tenants. Work started and is currently ongoing with completion set for the early New Year 2022.

The Outcome

We will report on the final outcome at handover stage, but as we post this, works are progressing well with the first fix services all in and final fix items like the plant room nearing completion.
