FGAS 

The F-Gas company certificate is a nationally recognised accreditation to certify a business’s commitment to install, maintain and service stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F-Gas refrigerants.                                                                                                                                                  

Gas Safe 

Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey, appointed by the relevant Health and Safety Authority for each area. By law all gas engineers must be Gas Safe registered.

OFTEC

Trade association for the oil heating industry in UK and Ireland and provider of a competent person registration scheme for off-gas and renewable heating technicians                                                                                                                                                                               

BESA

The Building Engineering Services Association is the UK’s leading trade organisation for building engineering services contractors, representing the interests of firms active in design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, control and management of engineering systems and services in buildings.

Constructionline (Gold)

This is the newest of accreditations achieved by OHS. It has become a highly recognised accreditation and one that many main contractors are now insisting sub-contractors obtain. Constructionline is the leading provider of procurement and supply chain management services and offers a range of membership accreditations to suit.

SSIP

Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) is supported by the HSE and is a mutual recognition scheme allowing companies to provide evidence of the Health and Safety practices. SSIP Core Criteria for assessments is aligned to the Government-backed construction pre-qualification document PAS 91, ensuring consistency within supply chain management.

SMAS                                         

Safety Management Advisory Services (SMAS) is a nationally recognised accreditation used to demonstrate a business’s Health & Safety standards, given contractors confidence in competence. SMAS Workspace is also a registered member of SSIP, endorsed by the HSE 

Builder’s Profile

BP is the open-access Common Database service providing compliance and PQQ information to the construction industry. The secure database enables subcontractors and suppliers to easily maintain and share information.  For main contractors and clients it provides all the information, documents and tools required to manage a supply chain.

CQMS

CQMS Ltd (previously Crown Quality Management Services) is a health and safety consultancy established back in 1994 based in Grantham, Lincolnshire covering the whole of the UK. There aim isto bring a business’s health and safety needs together ensuring proactive health and safety obligations management.

WIA Approved Plumber 

This is a recognised scheme which is funded by sixteen Water Suppliers. The scheme demonstrates that plumbers are adequately trained and have a good understanding of the Regulations. Water companies are often asked by it’s customers to suggest qualified plumbers and as a result of this scheme we have received several enquiries.
