“I called your help desk about a leaking pipe that we had in our corridor today. A young chap turned up about an hour or so ago, and we are very impressed with him! He picked up a lot of issues (which I am aware of and am actively trying to resolve - mainly due to an untrained member of staff having been delegated to do plumbing work by various Site Managers), but he has sorted the current problem out and rectified some other issues which could have caused further problems down the line, so please pass on our thanks.
