This role requires expeiernece in both Commercial and Domestic areas, although a high proportion will be Commercial work. The successful person will form part of a stong 7 man Engineer team along with the Service Manager and be expected to be largly self sufficient in managing their own time and customers.
Your background
- Should have previous experience within a similar rol
- Should be qualified in commercial & domestic natural gas, LPG & oil
- Holding certification in any additional field, i.e. Part P, COMCAT, F-GAS, etc would be advantageous
- Hold current CSCS card
- Hold DBS dated within 3 years, or be willing for a DBS check to be carried out
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must hold full valid UK drivers licence (max. 3 points)
- Must be fit and healthy to carry out a wide range of physical activities
Certifications required
- Commercial natural gas: CDGA1, CORT1, CIGA, CODNC01, ICPN1, TPCP1 / 1A
- Domestic natural gas: CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, MET1
- LPG: CONGLIPD
- Oil: OFTEC 101, 105E, 600a
- Plumbing/Heating: HWSS (incl. G3)
What you can expect
- £35k – £45k pa, negotiable depending on experience and certification
- Full-time, Permanent
- 40 hour week + O/T opportunities
- Weekly on-call rota of 1/6 with £100 standby fee
