Lammasfield Farm

The Brief

We were approached by our client Stonewood builders at tender stage for this project.  It was to provide the complete mechanical services installation to this exciting new project that shared the same architect and design principles for the project featured on the Channel 4 Grand designs programme https://www.granddesignsmagazine.com/grand-designs-houses/grand-designs-modern-barn/

The Solution

The project called for high end attention to detail, and an innovative design approach. It consisted of a number of Green technologies including air source heat pump and heat recovery ventilation throughout being the main two. OHS adopted the design intent from Micha’s (the architect) own project, and adapted that to suit Lammasfield. The design was approved and works started early 2021. OHS designed, installed and fully commissioned an ASHP Daikin Altherma system, upon completion and post client’s training and hand over, OHS kept regular contact with the end user to ensure all settings and parameters were performing as per the original design intent.

The Outcome

The project was completed and handed over in November 2021. The client was very happy with installation.
