The Brief

The existing Keston C55 boilers were showing signs of wear and tear, with spare parts becoming difficult to source or obsolete. The client approached OHS for a replacement proposal.

The Solution

After several discussions regarding boiler options and warranty offers from several different manufacturers, Keston-Heat-2 boilers were the choice made.

By using Keston we ensured that the existing flue penetrations could be reused without further affecting the integrity of the wall.

OHS also took the opportunity to bring some non-compliances that were found up to standard.

New filters were installed to further enhance warranty terms from manufacturer.

The Outcome

OHS replaced both boilers in an efficient manner thus receiving a satisfactory client review.
